Kostiantyn Hamkrelidze is the managing partner and co-founder of DEGA Partners, an attorney with more than 17 years of experience in legal support of Ukrainian and international business, resolving complex commercial disputes and protecting the interests of companies.
He has extensive experience representing clients in Ukrainian courts of all instances and in international commercial arbitration. He handles disputes related to the performance of commercial contracts, corporate conflicts, protection of property rights and assets, compensation of damages and debt settlement. He is directly involved in developing litigation strategies, conducting negotiations and settling conflicts out of court.
A separate area of his practice is the protection of intellectual property rights and the interests of international companies on the Ukrainian market, in particular in cases concerning trademark infringement, counterfeit products, illegal imports and unfair competition.
He has experience in dealing with state and law enforcement authorities, handling regulatory matters and protecting businesses against unlawful interference in their activities. He takes part in the professional dialogue between business and the state, in particular within the European Business Association.
